Hotel Policies

• Mandatory Requirement

  Guests (Adult, infants, and children) are required to be submit the following copies of the documents before check-in in our hotel:

  • For Resident Indians
    Valid Government Approved Individual Photo ID proofs: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card etc. PAN Card is not a valid address proof.
  • For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians, PIO and OCI Card Holders
    Guests holding foreign country’s passport, PIO card or OCI card holders have to get an RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. Copies of the Passport with the Visa, or PIO card or OCI card with the RAP have to be submitted and guests have to fill their personal details before check-in in all our hotels and resorts.

• Room Occupancy Policy

  • Max 3 Adults or 2 Adults with 2 children (Below 12 years) allow in 01 room with extra charges.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for extra person.
  • Guests (Adult, infants and children) are required to submit the copies of Valid Government Approved Individual Photo ID proofs with address before check-in in our hotel.

• Child & Infant Policy

  • Infants and Children below the age of 4 years (only 1) without extra bed, will be complimentary.
  • Children between 5 years to 11 years without extra mattress will be charged @ ₹850 + GST per day with complimentary breakfast.
  • Children between 5 years to 11 years with extra mattress will be charged @ ₹1,250 + GST per day with complimentary breakfast.
  • 12 years & above are treated as Adult and will be charged as per adult rates @ ₹1,250 + GST with or without mattress per day with complimentary breakfast.

• Check-in and Check-out Time

  • Check-in time is 12:00 NOON and Check-out time is 09:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and Late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

• Meal Plan

  • Meal supplements @ ₹450 + GST as applicable per person per meal.
  • Meal supplements are not carried forward and cannot be adjusted with other meals.
  • Meal supplements are served in buffet at the "Sea View Dining" restaurant and cannot be serviced in rooms.
  • In case of lesser occupancy fixed menu will be extended to the guest.
  • C.P - Room + Breakfast, M.A.P - Room + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner, A.P - Room + All meals.

• Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.

• Airport Transfer

  • Transfers can be pre-booked at the rate of ₹400 per car one way.

• Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released. Rooms will be blocked only after 50% of the advance payment.
  • Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
  • Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
  • Any hike/s in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates / meals.

• Kindly Note

  • No refund will be given whatsoever for No-show due to cancellation of flight / ferry due to technical / weather and sea conditions.
  • No refund for unused nights or early checkout due to change in schedule of flight / ferry due to technical / weather and sea conditions.
  • Since flight / ferry schedules are subject to weather and sea conditions, guests who are travelling to Andamans are advised to take travel insurance.
